Event Description
Vegetarianism 101 addresses the issues and
concerns of vegetarianism. The classes concentrate on specific health issues and
diet for this month's topic the liver. Discover new ways to gain a healthy liver with
food combining and other information. One of our very own Winston Solmon will be
conducting the class with opportunities to ask questions. Bring paper and pen
because you will be enlightened and want to share with friends even if they are not
vegetarian. And really education is what this is ALL about.
