11:00am-11:30am: Welcome/Meet and Greet Ice breaker game
11:30am-12:00pm: Play a game (i.e. Hula-Hoop contest)
12:00pm-1:30pm Eat Lunch
1:30pm-2:00 play a game (sack races or take a nature walk)
2:00pm-2:30pm Yoga Exercise
2:30pm-3:00pm Thanks and Clean Up

The event will be close to a play ground.
The board memebers are brining the 'meat' everyone else will be doing a potluck for the sides. Please bring a copy of your recipes to trade those delicious ideals.
